Learn how to import, export, and securely share CawCut workflows.

You can share a workflow by copying its link or inviting specific people by email.

1. Open the workflow, click the Share button in the top-right corner, then select Share Link.

2. Under Link access, choose who can open the workflow:

  • Anyone with the link
  • Only invited people can access

3. To share the workflow URL yourself, click Copy Link, then send the copied link to the people you want to share it with.

4. To invite someone directly, enter their email address under Invite people, then click Add.

Import Workflows

1. From the Home page, click Create New, then click on Import Workflow File in the dropdown menu.

2. Select the CawCut Workflow file (.ccwf) from your device. CawCut will import it into your projects.

Export Workflows

1. Open the workflow you want to export.

2. Click the Share button in the top-right corner, then select Export File.

3. Wait while CawCut generates the workflow file (.ccwf), then save it in a secure location on your device.
