Learn how to create a CawCut workflow from a blank file or a template.

Create a Workflow

1. On the Projects page, open Create New, then select New Workflow.

2. In the New Workflow window, choose how you want to begin:

  • Select New Blank File to build a workflow from scratch.
  • Select a template to begin with a prebuilt workflow for a specific task or modify it to fit your needs. For detailed instructions on choosing and customizing a template, see Start with a Template.

3. If you select New Blank File, an empty workflow canvas opens. You can add nodes, drag media files onto the canvas, or select one of the suggested presets to get started.

Add Nodes to Your Workflow

Nodes are the building blocks of a workflow. Add and connect nodes to create the sequence that processes your text, images, video, audio, or product assets.

There are two ways to open the node menu:

  • Use the top toolbar: Click the + icon in the top toolbar.

  • Use the right-click menu: Right-click an empty area of the workflow canvas.

Use the search bar to find a specific node, or browse the available categories:

  • Input: Text, Image, Video, Audio, and Product nodes for adding source content.
  • Actions: Text, Image, Video, and Group nodes for generating, transforming, or organizing content.

Select a node to add it to the canvas. You can then configure its settings and connect it to other nodes in your workflow. For more details about different types of nodes, visit Nodes.

Import and Export Workflows

You can import an existing workflow file, export your current workflow, or manage saved workflows for reuse and sharing.
